We are dedicated to sourcing high quality ingredients, minimally processed, prioritizing the wellbeing of our customers and community. In alignment with the Environmental Working Group's Clean Fifteen and Dirty Dozen guidelines, we make informed decisions about selecting our produce to achieve clean and accessible food. We make almost everything from scratch so that we know exactly what is in every bite. We focus on the nutritional value of our food to support vitality. For example, using raw local honey when a recipe calls for sweetness rather than refined sugar. We work consistently to be a place where people who care can eat with confidence.
